Jerky Flavors


                                                           


Original (Black Pepper)
Whiskey soaked 24 hours along with 10 spices including fresh garlic and onion.   The "Original" features a coarse black pepper dusting.  Whiskey soaked

Hot
Same base as the original with fresh jalapenos, poblano, serrano, habenaro peppers.  This is our medium heat jerky.  Whiskey soaked

Ghost Pepper - Warning - HOT HOT HOT
Same base as the Hot but we boil the Indian Bhut Jolokia peppers into the mix to get the amazing flavor from the second hottest pepper on the planet with over 1,400,000 heat units on the Scoville heat scale.  It is cooked into a marinade to reduce the harsh burn some but enhance the flavor.  Whiskey soaked.

Carolina Reaper - Warning - HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT
Same base as the Hot but we boil the Carolina Reaper pepper into the mix to get the amazing flavor from the hottest pepper on the planet with over 2,000,000 heat units on the Scoville heat scale.  This is the hottest jerky we offer today.  Whiskey soaked

Teriyaki
Similar base to the original with a large dose of Teriyaki and soy sauce. There is a hint of garlic and onion and brown sugar as well.  Whiskey soaked.  

Beer Bacon 
We start with the same base as the original blend and the same meat and add fresh cooked crumbled bacon and soak it in Shiner Bock beer instead of whiskey.  This infuses the bacon flavor into the meat and it is then dehydrated like the others.

All of our jerky is soaked for 24 hours to produce that special flavor into our meat snacks.   The meat we use is pectoral steer meat that is very lean and trimmed twice.


Woof Bites Dog Treats
That's right folks.  We have gone into the pet snack business and the results are loudly barking with approval.  These ALL MEAT dog treats are the perfect snack for that very special fur ball in your life.  Woof Bite pet jerky is human grade hamburger jerky made from our quality trimmings.  There are no mystery meats, meat fillers or chemicals.  Made right here in Dallas in our USDA meat plant.  We grind it from scratch so we know what's NOT in the meat.  

Drunken Pepper Spice Bottles
We take the whiskey soaked 7 kinds of fresh-cut peppers that are used to make the roux for the hot marinade and strain them off before they hit the meat.  They are then dried, ground, mixed with some other secret spices to make a delicious sprinkle on spice whenever you want to compliment that perfect meal or snack.  This spice is the best in salads, soups, All meats, all seafood and eggs just to name a few!  


We only use 100% pure beef steak in all of our products.  All of our jerky is soaked in a wet marinade for 24 hours to produce that special flavor into our jerky.   The meat we use is pectoral steer meat that is very lean and trimmed twice.
